Bullaburra Farm is just one hour fifty minutes drive from Sydney CBD. Before and as you enter the farm gates you are immediately confronted with the beauty of the South Coast: green hills that roll down to the sea, picturesque farmland, and views overlooking Seven Mile Beach. The farm house and duplex is nestled on the headland.

From your living area (indoor and outdoor), the swim spa and two of the bedrooms you have views of the littoral rainforest and the ocean. In addition, at the front of the house you have a tranquil courtyard that can be a haven for a quiet read. The double garage at the front is handy for beach gear and two cars. At the top of the duplex/farm house there is an extensive grassed area where children or family can play and toss a ball. This area has a viewing seat to take in the spectacular views across Seven Mile Beach and the back drop of rolling hills toward Berry and Mount Cambewarra.
