At the top of the duplex/farm house there is an extensive grassed area where children or family can play and toss a ball. This area has a viewing seat to take in the spectacular views across Seven Mile Beach and the back drop of rolling hills toward Berry and Mount Cambewarra. Bullaburra Farm is just one hour fifty minutes drive from Sydney CBD. Before and as you enter the farm gates you are immediately confronted with the beauty of the South Coast: green hills that roll down to the sea, picturesque farmland, and views overlooking Seven Mile Beach.
